This scrollstory was created in completion of a scrollstory project at Syracuse University about food deserts in the United States. I chose to discuss food deserts due to how detrimental they are towards communities and their low recognition in the media. In this project, learned about the harmful health problems associated with food deserts and the racial and economic problems that create them. With this scrollstory, I showed the devastation of food deserts and how we can stop them.
